When we say we are about awakening hearts, we are not talking about exercise. We are talking about awakening to the yearning of your soul to express your unique gift to life.  We are talking about awakening to our deepest desires to show up in life as an active ingredient in life's unfolding, and using that action to build the life of our dreams.

There is no panacea to achieve this, but through our own committed action this awakening can occur for each of us-for me and for you. In that awakening, we will each find everything we need to realize our dreams. The Centre for Spiritual Enrichment is a community of people committed to their own and each other's awakening.   We invite you to check out what might be here for you.
